Leasing a horse can be a great way for you to experience horse ownership without all of the extra cost. With a written agreement between you and the owner, you will be able to 'test the waters' and see what the responsibilities of caring for a horse are. As a busy adult, leasing is a great option as you can choose when you are able to fit riding into your life without it actually BECOMING your life.  Another benefit is that your 'horse obsessed' child may have less time during the school year  and you won't be 'stuck' paying for a horse that isn't being utilized. Often people will lease a horse for a time and fall in love and end up purchasing their newest companion. Callegari Lease Horse Options:

We offer a contracted lease on a "number of days per week" option, with a three month minimum. The "day" is defined by a three hour time slot, excluding any lesson time.  
  • 1 day per week                                                                                          $200.00 / month         
  • 2 days per week                                                                                        $275.00 / month
  • 3 days per week                                                                                        $350.00 / month


 For those wishing to take advantage the miles of trails Callegari has access to, a riding assessment will need to take place FIRST, in order to ensure the safety of both horse and rider. 

​Please note:  Occasionally our boarders may advertise their personal horse for lease.  This business is not affiliated with Callegari Equestrian Center and interested persons will need to contact the boarder directly for their pricing.
