Arenas and Trails
​Regulation size covered arena with high ceiling, excellent footing and lighting
  • 90 ft. x 200 ft. Covered Jump Arena complete with jump standards, high ceiling, fluorescent lighting and  brand new footing providing excellent surface for performance riding
  • 20-meter x 60-meter regulation size Dressage Arena with outside lighting
  • 60 ft. covered and lighted German built Equicizer (unlike a hot walker, the horses move freely between the gates).  The Equicizer has the highest safety standards in the industry, variable speed, forward and reverse directions.
  • 60 ft. covered lighted MDBarnmaster round pen – 4 ft. solid plus two rails to make 6 ft.
  • 48 ft. covered lighted MDBarnmaster round pen – 4 ft. solid plus two rails to make 6 ft.
  • Clinic barn where we host our many clinics.
  • Obstacle Garden for desensitizing your horse and developing skills
  • Two covered lighted MDBarnmaster round pens – 4 ft. solid plus two rails to make 6 ft. in height to provide a secure environment for anybody especially young or inexperienced riders to practice controlling and communicating with horses 
  • Direct access to 55+ miles of beautiful trails on Cypress Creek . The Cypress Creek Greenway Project plans to preserve this natural habitat and create many more miles of trails for all types of recreational activities.
 General
  • Premium Nutrena feeds served twice daily in stall. Different nutritional  choices depending on your horse's needs.
  • Quality tested Coastal hay served twice daily in stall and once in pasture during turnout time.
  • Premium shavings placed in stalls twice a week providing clean, dry and comfortable bedding for your horse.
  • Protech automatic fly spray systems for stalls and aisles throughout the facility.
  • Large private tack closets for each stall rented, clips on each tack locker for communication.
  • Covered wash areas with hot and cold water. Also, many adjacent outside concrete and wash stations with hot and cold water throughout the barn.
  • Observation decks for the two covered arenas and round pens.
  • Grooming stalls in all barns.
  • Additional cross ties in the aisles.
  • Farrier stations
  • Many farriers to choose from to meet your horses needs. From natural trimming to specialty/custom/corrective shoeing.  
  • Waller Equine Vet comes out to Callegari twice a month. Schedule your equine appointment and avoid a barn call fee.    
  • Men's and Ladies' restrooms with hot and cold water.
  • An air conditioned and heated lounge, with large windows facing the Main Arena that contains security cameras, vending machines, television, tables, chairs and sofas.
  • Choice of day or evening turnout in one of our many pastures.
  • Office with on-site Stable Manager, ready to assist
  • Electrical outlets to allow for fan in stall. One fan under 22" included in Board fee. 2nd fan would be an additional $40
  • White boards and display cases for up to date information and resources.
  • Ample parking.
