Callegari Equestrian Center offers lessons in the usual English and Western skill sets.
However, we go beyond the usual. So if your bored at other facilities you will probably think
we are the Bomb!
We are the only facility in the Greater Houston Area that has direct access to MILES of
trails. This opens a world of other events up to our students!
All lessons focus on total horsemanship and include instruction on proper grooming,
tacking, and care for the horse, as well as time riding. At Callegari, we teach our students
all the necessary fundamentals of horsemanship that in turn teaches respect,
responsibility, and understanding of the horse.
We do not let Kids teach Kids at our Stable. All trainers have some accreditation for which
they are selected. Check them out!
We take our Lessons seriously! Just like any other sport. So we prefer that you prepay in
advance for a months' lessons (4). There are no make up lessons, if the student is absent,
for any reason. If the student plans to be absent, then the lesson can be rescheduled, and
made up in advance.
RATES:
Lessons are broken down into three categories according to the students’ needs and abilities.
Private Lessons / hour
Semi Private (2 riders) / hour
Group Lessons (up to 4 riders) / hour with our horse
Group Lessons (up to 4 riders) / hour with your horse
All riders should wear long pants and solid shoes with heels. All riders 14 or under must wear a helmet.
Bring a bicycle helmet if you have one.
A release must be filled out before anyone rides. A Parent or guardian can fill one out for a minor. Release
Form in Word Format.
CLUB CARD PROGRAM FOR HAUL INs
Right to haul in and use the facility for 6 months. One horse per visit.
